Skyfall Trailer

"Take the bloody shot!" Eon Productions has unveiled the second, full theatrical trailer for James Bond's Skyfall, directed by Sam Mendes, starring Daniel Craig as Agent 007 for his third time. They really give us a chilling, intense intro to the story in this one, including a look at Javier Bardem as the villain, and it looks so awesome. There's more of Ralph Fiennes, and a very funny first few scenes with Ben Whishaw as Q in action, plus of course Judi Dench as M and Naomie Harris as Eve. The more we see, the better it looks! This new trailer for Skyfall is fantastic, classic Bond is back, I'm terribly excited. You've got to see it!

I was convinced this movie would be boring drivel after the first trailer, looks like a decent Bond flick here.
  • Mike Kingscott
Wow. Looks very good, hope it's better than QoS.
    • Kwaz
QoS is not going to be hard to top at all. It fell very short for a Bond film.
      • Jericho
probably felt short because it was based on a short story....
        • Kwaz
Or it could be because there was major issues with the script going into the movie. They even said that was one of the reasons why the movie wasn't what they wanted it to be.
        • yug
He said fell short, not felt. Also the short story that the name comes from has nothing to do with anything in that movie.
  • Well, it looks like Bond is back on track... incredible action scenes.
"They" like to recall the terrorists attacks don't they!! The UNDERGROUND etc. Now what is it going to be, the BIG BEN, LONDON EYE, OLYMPICS??
  • Jameson
    Good movie. Shitty trailer.
    • Never has a more insane thing been said.
      • Yeah. I really don't understand. The movie isn't out yet, so there's no way to tell that it's good, other than from the trailer. So if you think the film will be good, then the trailer must have worked. But, as you said, it's shitty, so.... wat.
    • qeeqwe
I agree, it's crap, was the trailer directed by uwe boll?
  • Danimal
Wow Javier looks sooooo weird as a blonde! But this looks great!
    • Jericho
then again, i cant think of a classic bond villain that looked completely normal....
      • Danimal
        touché good sir
      • Yeah that's pretty much what they all have in common. He's up in his fistpunched British face like "what's the most you ever lost on a casual dalliance with some exotic female who often ends up dead or betraying you?"
  • McWetty
Damn. Put me down for 2 and a side of mint chocolate chip. Yummy.
  • This gives a person with post-Bat syndrome something to look forward to.

I'm with you there. I'd been waiting so long to see Dark Knight Rises in IMAX, and once I did, even though the movie was completely fulfilling to my expectations, I just didn't want it to be over yet. Another big movie, hopefully with some brains, to look forward to.
  • AWESOME trailer!!!! Daniel Craig is the best James Bond EVER!!!! Never really love the Bond series until Daniel Craig version of the hero really.
  • Jericho
ah Q how we have missed U...........
  • Looks pretty damn good
  • RidgeRacer4
With Q, a gadget and a devil may care confidence, we're starting to close the circle and get back to the Bond we've know for years and that's got me stoked. Btw, LOVE that train bit at 2:15. If that doesn't sum up Bond I don't know what does:)
  • leinergroove
WTF with the look of Javier Bardem!! Anyway, the overall movie looks soooo badass!! This and Cloud Atlas have me all tingly now. I can't wait for october!!
    • Armeetapus16
funny you should mention both those movies, Tom and Javier both have ridiculous hair for their characters
  • Buzzfunk
I really dislike Naomi harris. She just doesnt fit in a bond movie,IMO.
  • Big Boss
Javier's role seems like he was once affiliated with MI6, who's now airing out their dirty laundry; particularly M's.
  • Kyle Robinson
    Javier looks ridiculous. HHAHAHAHAHA
    • He looked ridiculous in No Country for Old Men...worked out pretty darn well...
      • max
Is he trying to take the movie hair crown away from Nic Cage?
  • Sylvain from France
Bad trailer It just looks like another Bond movie, not like an exceptional Bond movie.

  • JL
If Bardem does any more villainous roles, he'll be like the Spanish Daniel Day-Lewis.
  • JL
This looks crazy awesome. It seemed to me like the International version of the trailer was a little more laid back and started with the dialogue earlier, and the US version was more frenetic and rolled with the action right away.
  • I caught some of A View To A Kill last night. In 1985, I thought it was good fun, but now I find myself chuckling a bit at it. After watching Daniel Craig and this trailer I find most of the Roger Moore genre a little overly corny. But, it's still good fun in the end... This trailer looks great, btw.
