What to Expect When You're Expecting

Well, it's not specifically only for dudes, but the new trailer for What to Expect When You're Expecting is clearly trying to pull in the male audience with most of the focus being pulled towards the group of guys taking care of their kids. Thankfully, that includes some decent comedy from Rob Huebel, Chris Rock, Thomas Lennon, and more as they try to teach Rodrigo Santoro the rules of hanging out with them and their children. Lennon says not to judge, but this film is desparate to convince guys that this isn't just a typical romantic comedy for the ladies, when the first trailer showed it was exactly that. Watch!

Here's the new trailer for Kirk Jones' What to Expect When You're Expecting, from Yahoo:

Kirk Jones (Everybody's Fine, Waking Ned Devine) directs What to Expect What You're Expecting, written by Shauna Cross (Whip It) and Heather Hach (Freaky Friday) adapted from the best-selling pregnancy instructional book of the same name. The film follows five couples dealing with the arrival of a child including Rosie (Anna Kendrick), a woman who reunites with an old flame and fellow food-truck owner and becomes pregnant, and Brooklyn Decker as the perky wife of a much older man who sails through her pregnancy with twins, much to the chagrin of her friends. Lionsgate releases the film on May 11th, 2012.

  • They should have cast Vince Vaughn in this so the status of this film could have been upgraded from potentially awful to possibly tolerable.

Wotevar. I'd watch it solely for Santoro's face, y'all. But yeah, these comedies always suck.
