Watch: Indie Pot Comedy 'High School' New Official Release Trailer

"You sick, twisted freaks - you did get the whole school high!" Finally this film is being released! And this trailer is hilarious. Anchor Bay Entertainment has debuted an official trailer on Apple for John Stalberg's indie pot/marijuana comedy High School, aka HIGH School, a Sundance film that premiered in 2010. I thought it was hilarious (my review) and you can certainly see why with this trailer, as it's all out marijuana madness! Matt Bush stars as a kid who has to get his entire high school stoned. Michael Chiklis plays the principal, Colin Hanks a teacher, and best of all, Adrien Brody as a the crazy dealer "Psycho Ed". Hit it!

A high school valedictorian who gets baked with the local stoner finds himself the subject of a drug test. The situation causes him to concoct a plan to get his entire graduating class to face the same fate, and fail.

In his debut feature, director/co-writer John Stalberg Jr. percolates his deliriously manic narrative with sparkling energy and deviant characters, joyously ramming his protagonists deeper and deeper into frenzied chaos. HIGH School paints its slacker wit with lush broad strokes, firmly accomplishing the conclusive stoner fantasia run hilariously amuck.     That would be great! I'm waiting Freddy. Mostly where I live junkies are supported pretty well so they are a bit like zombies that don't crave live human flesh, prostitution is way down their list of priorities, mostly stealing expensive perfume from the Mall and re-selling it. I also love how they are always in a rush, often skipping the queue in a post office in front of the elderly like they really need to get to work.

i think it's lame how movies like this sensationalize what it's like to get high. pineapple express got it about right, why do films like this try to make it something that it's not?

  how is it sensationalizing? i saw this at Sundance and the valedictorian's life goes to shit after he gets high ONCE. he almost loses everything. and the other kids eat like four or five brownies overloaded with Psycho Ed's pure THC crystals... would be like smoking a blimp j

Despite the awful pop punk song playing in the background, this actually looks pretty funny. Especially Adrien Brody, who's looking like Drexel mixed with Feck.

Adrien Brody, all time youngest academy award winner, as a screw-loose, stoned-out drug dealer. LOL. Trailer revealed a bit too much imo, but otherwise this looks pretty amusing.

DUDE... where did this movie go? I was soooooo looking forward to it! They must've lost it behind the couch with the remote control and my tickets to the midnight premiere of Half-Blood Prince.

This movie was pretty funny. Adrien Brody obviously stole the movie. His character is absolutely ridiculous. So yeah, it's obviously an implausible plot, but hey, it's entertainment. It's a fun movie and I have been waiting to see it again ever since Sundance.
