Watch: Interrogation Videos of Characters in Oliver Stone's 'Savages'

We're still a few weeks away from seeing if Oliver Stone can make up for Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps with the drug trafficking thriller Savages starring Aaron Johnson, Taylor Kitsch, Blake Lively, Salma Hayek, John Travolta and Benicio del Toro, and the time is now to really get audiences interested. Thanks to the trailer, this is the first time I've been excited about an Oliver Stone movie for awhile, and now we have a series of videos that give us a little insight into each character by way of a police interrogation. It's a unique way to promote the movie rather than just another trailer or TV spot. Watch!

Oliver Stone directs Savages based on Don Winslow's book of the same name, with the screenplay co-written by the author and screenwriter Shane Salerno. The story follows two young, independent Laguna Beach marijuana kingpins (Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson) who are blackmailed into working for the Baja Cartel after their girlfriend Ophelia (Blake Lively) is kidnapped and held for a ransom of every last dollar they've made for the past five years. Benicio del Toro, Salma Hayek, John Travolta, Emile Hirsch and Uma Thurman also star in the film which is currently slated for theatrical release on July 6th. Interested?

I've read the book, just a few weeks ago actually. This is an excellent story that is very well written and told in the book. I can already see the differences the movie is making to take certain "liberties" with amount of action. There's a lot of violence, but not much action per se. Either way, this will be quite good I'm sure. Very cool marketing dynamic. Still...not too sure about the two leads....awkwardly cast IMO

Selma Hayek, that'd be awesome, if Salma had a younger sister or something that was also an actress, even hotter then her and did lots of girl-on-girl kissing in her movies.
