Watch: Minions Are Back in First Teaser Trailer for 'Despcable Me 2'

While the release of the animated sequel is still over a year away, with The Lorax headed to the theaters, there's no better time to tease audiences eager for more minion action in Despicable Me 2. The little yellow guys are the only part of this teaser trailer as four of them sing a rendition of The Beach Boys tune Barbara Ann in their weird gibberish language. It looks like this trailer is really meant for 3D as well with one of the minions constantly thrusting a party blower out of the frame itself. We're still not sure of the sequel's story yet, but Al Pacino will be voicing the villain giving Steve Carell's Gru a hard time. Watch!

Despicable Me 2 is directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud and written by Ken Daurio and Cinco Paul, who all held the same positions on the original film. Steve Carell is reprising his role as the despicable Gru (along with his three adopted daughters) with Al Pacino voicing his nemesis for the sequel. Plenty of minions will be back and wackier than ever with Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment bringing the film to theaters on July 3rd, 2013 in 3D, just in time for the summer holiday. Good stuff?

This would of been MUCH more funnier if he'd inhaled the entire party blower and started chocking on it making all sorts of funny sounds each time they give him a pat on the back. And then to finish it off, it comes out his nose.
