Watch: Newest 'IMAX' TV Spot for Marvel's 'The Avengers' Unveiled

"I still believe in heroes." I do too, Mr. Fury! A brand new 30 sec TV spot has debuted for Marvel's The Avengers, directed by Joss Whedon. We've seen plenty of footage for this over the last few months, from theatrical trailers to Japanese trailers to the Super Bowl spot, but it's finally coming together. I'm liking the score in this and the effects are starting to look better every day. But still, is that circling shot of the group at the end the one-and-only good group shot they've got? Because they keep using it everywhere. We're down to only a little over a month left before Avengers kicks off the summer, so take one more good look below.

When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. The star studded cast includes Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders, as well as Tom Hiddleston and Stellan Skarsgård who are reprising their respective roles from Thor. Marvel's The Avengers, directed by Joss Whedon (Serenity), hits theaters everywhere May 4th, 2012. As cars are exploding and people diving behind tables, to narrate "The world has changed" is juuuuuuuuuust a slight understatement. How about "Holy f$#% we're all dead! Get outta here bitches!" No? Okay. World has changed it is.

I just wish Cap didnt look like such a douchebag and that Edward Norton was still Banner. Seriously who's c#ck did Evans suck to get this part when Sam Worthington was the obvious choice? And who designed his costume? Horrible. Regardless, I do think this might be an ok flick. Nerds retort...

  Nerd retorting here. Sam Worthington? Does the US have to outsource everything now, including our national superheroes? Evans did a wonderful job and was the main reason The First Avenger was such a success, IMO. And yeah, the new costume sucks. I hope it looks better after post-production.

i just got twitted that the surprise ending is going to be Zeus and the crew from Mount Olympus have to jump in and save Odin's boys from getting their asses handed to them by the new world menace or whatevertheyare ...and because they get punked they are all made bitches for the Zeus crew....Samuel L. Mo'Fukin' Jackson has to be the chariot valet for Mount Olympus until the next episode where tries keepin' it real but gets a totally cockblock beatdown from Herra and the other ho's from up on high...cant f**kin' wait dude..gonna be jizzin the screen...

I like this one, short and sweet. Doesnt reveal too much. The other trailers are a bit to long. Dont like watching a trailer and feeling like i saw half the movie, this one is perfect!

It does kill me that Scarlett is standing there reloading a pistol but at the same time it is awesome to see all the heroes standing there waiting for the bad guys to bring it!!
