Watch: Two TV Spots from Tim Burton's 'Dark Shadows' Discovered
"I have spent the last two centuries locked in a box." Following the official trailer debut a few weeks back, Warner Bros has finally started to ramp up their marketing for Tim Burton's Dark Shadows, the rather comical-looking 70's period piece starring Johnny Depp as the vampire Barnabas Collins, from the classic TV show. The first spot follows the same comedic style as the trailer, even using the same music. The second spot, from Bloody-Disgusting, shows Depp biting the neck of someone just before meeting Jackie Earle Haley, but the blood is black. That spot is just as delightfully comical once again, so take a look both below.

A gothic-horror tale centering on the life of 200 year old vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts as master of Collinwood Manor in Collinsport, Maine.
Dark Shadows is directed by imaginative filmmaker Tim Burton, of films including Beetlejuice, Batman, Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood, Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sweeney Todd and Alice in Wonderland.. He's directing from a script by author-turned-writer Seth Grahame-Smith (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) based on the cult ABC TV series created by Dan Curtis. Warner Bros is bringing Dark Shadows to theaters everywhere starting May 11th this summer. It looking any better?
