James Franco & Girls Get Bad in 'Spring Breakers' Red Band Trailer

James Franco and his ragtag team of girl theives are back in a crazy, energetic new red band trailer for Spring Breakers. This movie looks like pure fun and chaos on a dark level. Aside from the language, this is a pretty tame red band trailer. If you're looking for any of the leading ladies Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson or Rachel Korine to get down and dirty, it's not a trailer rampant with nudity, but it still looks saucy. After all, bandits in bikinis are pretty sexy, and this movie looks wild. Watch!

In Spring Breakers, Brit (Ashley Benson), Candy (Vanessa Hudgens), Cotty (Rachel Korine) & Faith (Selena Gomez) have been best friends since grade school. They live together in a boring college dorm and are hungry for adventure. All they have to do is save enough money for spring break to get their shot at having some real fun. A serendipitous encounter with rapper "Alien" promises to provide the girls with all the thrill and excitement they could hope for. Harmony Korine (of low key indie films like Trash Humpers and Mister Lonely) wrote and directed Spring Breakers, which premiered at TIFF 2012 and the Venice Film Festival. A24 Pictures will be releasing Korine's Spring Breakers limited in NY & LA starting March 22nd this year.

I happened to see "Spring Breakers" last night at the Glasgow FIlm Festival. It was the "surprise" film. i.e. I didn't know what I was going to see before it was introduced. It is probably one of the worst films I have ever seen. It's laughably bad in places. It's certainly not "Radical Poetic Hyper-Cinema" as one reviewer on IMDB states. It's just awful.
