Open Road Films Announces a September Release for 'Machete Kills'

Briefly: We've already got one dose of Robert Rodriguez coming in the form of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (which recently added both Josh Brolin and Joseph Gordon-Levitt) on October 4th this fall, but almost a month before that we'll get another sequel from the homemade filmmaker. Open Road Films has just announced that the sequel Machete Kills starring Danny Trejo as the grindhouse hero will arrive in theaters on September 13th. The sequel also stars Mel Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba, Amber Heard, Lady Gaga, William Sadler and Charlie Sheen. It's going to be a damn bloody fall.
