Scarlett Johansson Teases Joseph Gordon-Levitt in 'Don Jon' TV Spot

August 26, 2013

Don Jon

A new quick teaser for Don Jon, the directorial debut of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, popped up earlier this month showcasing the lead actor's bombastic character in the film, along with a reunion with Tony Danza as his father. Now a new TV spot is here that gets pretty saucy with Scarlett Johansson's sultry New Jersey princess character making out fiercely with Gordon-Levitt, but not offering any real satisfactory end. It's a big tease, pretty much like anytime we see a sexy Scarlett Johansson on the big screen and she's not waiting for us when we get home. The same could be same for anyone who has eyes on Gordon-Levitt too.

Here's the first TV spot for Joseph Gordon-Levitt's Don Jon from the film's YouTube channel:

Jon Martello (Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who also wrote and directed the film) is a strong, handsome, good old-fashioned guy with the ability to "pull" a different woman every weekend, but even the finest fling doesn't compare to the bliss he finds alone in front of the computer watching pornography. Barbara Sugarman (Scarlett Johansson) is a beautiful, good old-fashioned girl. Raised on romantic Hollywood movies, she's determined to find her Prince Charming and ride off into the sunset. Wrestling with good old-fashioned expectations of the opposite sex, Jon and Barbara struggle against a media culture full of false fantasies to try and find true intimacy. Relativity Media will open Don Jon on September 27th. Go see it.
