The Devil's Due

We got a tease of January's new found footage horror attempt The Devil's Due just in time for Halloween in October, and now a second trailer gives us another look at the film chronicling the genesis of a devilish baby. Zach Gilford and Allison Miller star as a couple who find themselves with a surprise pregnancy that begins tearing their family apart. The trailer begins in the aftermath of something terrible with Gilford being questioned by the police, sitting with blood on his face and clothes. It's weird that the 20th Century Fox logo doesn't show up until halfway through the trailer, but whatever. This looks like it could be spooky.

Here's the second trailer for Tyler Gillett & Matt Bettinelli-Olpin's The Devil's Due from Yahoo:

After a mysterious, lost night on their honeymoon, a newlywed couple finds themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy. While recording everything for posterity, the husband begins to notice odd behavior in his wife that they initially write off to nerves, but, as the months pass, it becomes evident that the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin. Zach Gilford, Allison Miller and Colin Walker star in the film directed by V/H/S segment directors Tyler Gillett & Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and new writers Lindsay Devlin & Zoe Green. 20th Century Fox releases The Devil's Due January 17th, 2014.
