Now that you've seen it, what did you think? The closer you are to death, the more alive you feel. Now showing in theaters is Ron Howard's Rush, telling the story of rival Formula One drivers Niki Lauda (played by Daniel Brühl) and James Hunt (played by Chris Hemsworth). The two raced against each other in the 1970s, with Lauda ending up in a fiery crash that almost took his life, but he was back out on the track again within weeks. So how is the new Ron Howard movie? As good as the trailers look? Does it have problems or is it perfect? If you've seen it, leave a comment with your own thoughts on Ron Howard's Rush.

To fuel the engines and race around the Formula One tracks, I loved Rush. There's just something about it, from the racing scenes to the tension on and off the track, to everything about the drivers and what goes into their psyche, was thrilling and engaging and exciting to watch. I must commend Daniel Brühl above all else, as he is outstanding in this, truly falling deep into the role and giving his all both mentally and physically as Niki Lauda. On the other side, Hemsworth is also damn good as James Hunt, playing the perfect playboy hotshot with some humanity to him. I enjoyed watching these two battle each other on and off the track, but personally enjoyed the racing scenes more than anything else. Easily Ron Howard's best film in a few years.
