'Step Brothers' Star Kathryn Hahn Joins Brad Bird's 'Tomorrowland'
Though you may not know her by name, you've likely seen Kathryn Hahn in films like Step Brothers, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy and most recently We're the Millers. Later this year, Hahn will be seen in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, written, directed by and starring Ben Stiller, but her next venture will take her from adventure to sci-fi. THR has word that Hahn has landed a role in Brad Bird's anticipated film Tomorrowland, and while specifics on her role are under wraps, like the rest of the film, details reveal she'll be playing a character named Ursula in a role that is described as "funny" and "scene-stealing."
Hahn joins a cast that includes George Clooney, Hugh Laurie and Britt Robertson, and the only details about the story revealed come from Disney describing the film as following a "bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor jaded by disillusionment who embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as Tomorrowland." Hahn will be a fun addition to the film, but we're just waiting for an official glimpse at the film so we can decipher what kind of story we're dealing with. Stay tuned.
