Watch: Rooney Mara is Troubled in Quick New Trailer for 'Side Effects'

Director Steven Soderbergh delivers what may be one of his last films with Side Effects next month. Rooney Mara and Channing Tatum take the lead in the thriller about Emily and Martin, a successful New York couple whose world unravels when a new drug prescribed by Emily’s psychiatrist (Jude Law), intended to treat anxiety, has some unexpected side effects. Catherine Zeta-Jones also stars in the film that looks pretty intense in this new one-minute trailer that's basically a shortened version of the first trailer, but with a few new bits of footage and dialogue. This should be a nice breath of fresh air next month.

Steven Soderbergh (Contagion, Magic Mike) directs Side Effects from a script by Scott Z. Burns (Contagion, The Informant! and The Bourne Ultimatum) A woman (Rooney Mara) turns to prescription medication as a way of handling her anxiety concerning her husband's (Channing Tatum) upcoming release from prison. Catherine Zeta-Jones and Jude Law also star in the film that arrives in theaters on February 8th, 2013.

I think this is very hard for anyone to very shine in Soderbergh works. Benicio Del Toro did great job in Traffic but even huge stars in oceans movies or any film of him dont give me oscar worthy performances. I think MARA break the rule. There is some strange mystical potential power in her acting and i love it as much as cinema itself. After contagion im looking for this
