Watch: Tom Hanks Plays Chopsticks on Giant Piano 25 Years After 'Big'
With Alfonso Cuaron's amazing drama Gravity taking the stop spot at the box office again, Tom Hanks didn't win the weekend with his drama Captain Phillips. Of course, the talk about his performance getting Oscar attention is still abuzz, so it's certainly not being ignored. And since Hanks has been making the rounds on TV to promote the film, that means he's been having some fun. The best appearance so far comes from across the pond on "The Jonathan Ross Show" where Hanks teamed up with Sandra Bullock to play Chopsticks on a giant piano, 25 years after he did the same thing in the iconic scene from the comedy Big.
And here's the original scene from the 1988 film Big:
This isn't the first time Hanks has revisited Big with Jonathan Ross. A few years ago, Hanks appeared on the show and sang the "Shimmy Shimmy Cocoa Pop" rap that he belts out with bis best friend Billy (Jared Rushton) in order t prove that it's him in a grown man's body. It's stuff like this that really proves why Tom Hanks is such a beloved actor. He's a good sport and is always ready to have some fun like this. Awesome?
