Ken Jeong Joining Kevin Hart to Make 'Ride Along 2' Even Louder

Following the recent addition of Benjamin Bratt (Miss Congeniality, Snitch) to the cast of Ride Along 2, one more name has been added to the mix, and it's a recipe for one of the loudest films we might ever see. Ice Cube and Kevin Hart are already returning in the Universal action comedy sequel with Tim Story back in the director's chair. And now Deadline reports they'll be joined by Ken Jeong, better known as Mr. Chow from The Hangover trilogy or Chang in the NBC series "Community" (which just recently avoided death again). However, at this time, with no plot details, there's no word on who Jeong will play. More below!
So far all we know about the sequel is that it's supposed to take place in Miami. Sounds like the perfect place for Jeong to be crazy and loud, something he does exceedingly well, which also makes him only tolerable in small doses. His increasingly larger role in The Hangover franchise really started to test my patience, and he doesn't seem to be able to do anything without going completely over the top anymore. Does anyone remember how reserved he was in his brief role in Knocked Up? Is there any way we can get that Ken Jeong back for at least every other movie? I have a feeling Jeong and Kevin Hart will make people deaf.
