The Skeleton Twins

This past fall, the celebrated Sundance entry The Skeleton Twins came and went without grabbing as much attention as it should have. It's hard for indies to compete with the blockbusters, but everyone should be seeking out this fantastic film starring "Saturday Night Live" veterans Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader as estranged and struggling siblings coming to terms with their seemingly disappointing lives. However, you should know the film is much funnier than the logline lets on, and it's the perfect blend of drama and comedy. And just to show you how funny the film can be, we have some hilarious outtakes for you. Watch!

The Skeleton Twins

If you haven't yet, watch the trailer for the Sundance hit The Skeleton Twins right here.

After ten years of estrangement, twins Maggie (Wiig) and Milo (Hader) coincidentally cheat death on the same day, prompting them to reunite and confront how their lives went so wrong. As the twins' reunion reinvigorates them both, they realize that the key to fixing their lives just may lie in repairing their own relationship with each other. The Skeleton Twins is directed by up-and-coming filmmaker Craig Johnson, of the film True Adolescents previously. The script is written by Craig Johnson and Mark Heyman. This first premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, where it was picked up by Roadside Attractions. The Skeleton Twins arrived in theaters this fall and hits Blu-Ray & DVD on December 16th. Funny?
