'The Fault in Our Stars' Second Tearjerking Trailer Has All the Feels
"One day I'm going to blow up, and I'm going to obliterate everything in my wake, and I don't want to hurt you." Following a powerful first trailer in January, a second full trailer for the adaptation of John Green's novel The Fault in Our Stars is here. Complete with all sorts of ups and downs from a funny support group leader played by comedians Mike Birbiglia to the heartbreaking, inevitably tragic romance between cancer patients Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort, this looks like it's going to be a punch to the gut and heart in more ways than one. It's one of those movies we can't wait to see, but dread the tears.
Here's the new trailer for Josh Boone's The Fault in Our Stars, originally from Yahoo:
The Fault in Our Stars is directed by Josh Boone (Stuck in Love) and written by (500) Days of Summer and The Spectacular Now scribes Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber, based on John Green's 2012 novel of the same name. Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel (Shailene Woodley) has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters (Ansel Elgort) suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten. 20th Century Fox releases the film June 6th this summer.
