The Raid 2

Today the action sequel The Raid 2: Berandal hits theaters in New York and Los Angeles, but the film will be expanding over the coming weeks (find out when it hits near you right here). And if you're lucky enough to have seen the film already, or don't mind seeing a short clip of one of the fight sequences in the sequel, we have something cool for you to check out. Director Gareth Evans decided to sit down for The New York Times new regular segment "Anatomy of a Scene" where he talks about the though process and work that went into a specific sequence. In this case, it's a night club fight with Yayan Ruhian. Watch it!

Here's the "Anatomy of a Scene" featuring Gareth Evans' The Raid 2 (from New York Times):

Critics that raved about the first movie should be ashamed of themselves for promoting violence p0rn. That movie was absolute garbage - zero plot, terrible acting, nonsensical choreographed fight scene after nonsensical choreographed fight scene, etc. Of course, that's exactly what the sheep want. What an absolutely sad world we live in.......

By this you must mean the movie was fantastic and a modern action masterpiece that will probably not be topped for a decade.
