Watch: Final '22 Jump Street' Red Band Trailer is Your Best Nightmare
"It's the same case, do the same thing!" If you still need convincing that 22 Jump Street is worth seeing, Sony/Columbia has released a fourth trailer - another red band trailer that is a 2-and-1/2-minute push for this insane summer action comedy sequel, starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum (also in Jupiter Ascending). While we've seen plenty in the first three trailers already, the footage in this one includes lots of the story as well, hinting at their comeback, the plot involving college and spring breaker. So, it's a Spring Breakers riff, plus 21 Jump Street comedy all in one? I hope it's as funny as these trailers promise. Enjoy.
Here's the final red band trailer for Phil Lord & Chris Miller's 22 Jump Street, direct from YouTube:
22 Jump Street is directed by Phil Lord & Chris Miller (21 Jump Street, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The LEGO Movie) and written by Michael Bacall (21 Jump Street, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) and Oren Uziel (Kitchen Sink). This time friends Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) find themselves undercover at a local college, to stop more drugs from being spread. Ice Cube also returns as the undercover unit's captain, and Sony Pictures will release 22 Jump Street everywhere June 13th this summer. We can't wait to see it, one of our most anticipated. See the other third trailer + first red band trailer. #22JumpStreet

Hey look, it's that immature imbecile that can't write a sentence without putting an expletive in it.

A Mumford and Sons reference whilst Hill shows off his latino skills...nice. This looks fantastic.

The first one was terrible; I wouldn't watch this second one if you paid me. Also, kudos to the genius that came up with this uber-clever title.

Criticize how "bad" these new jump streets are if you want, but the first is fun to watch. At least two times anyway. For their sakes (Jenko and Schmidt) I hope they mature a little bit, otherwise 23 jump street would be doomed. There's good chemistry here and some (yes some) originality, and it would be a shame to waste it.
