Watch: Second 'Quiet Ones' Trailer Mixes Narrative & Found Footage
Following the creepy UK trailer for the new horror film from Hammer (the team behind The Woman in Black and Let Me In, we have a second trailer for The Quiet Ones showing off much more of the plot and scares. The story follows a university student (Sam Claflin) and some classmates who are recruited to carry out a private experiment -- to create a poltergeist. By using a dangerously disturbed young woman (Olivia Cooke), they try to explore the dark energy her damaged psyche may manifest. As the experiment unravels along with their sanity, the students are confronted with a terrifying force. Does this look scary?
Here's the new trailer for John Pogue's The Quiet Ones, straight from Lionsgate:
The Quiet Ones is directed by John Pogue (Quarantine 2: Terminal) from a script he wrote with Craig Rosenberg (The Uninvited) and Oren Moverman (Rampart, The Messenger). Inspired by true events, and based on the theory that paranormal activity is caused by human negative energy, the story follows a professor who uses some of his students to perform a series of tests on a young patient, pushing her to the edge of sanity. As frightening occurrences begin to take place, the group quickly realizes they have triggered a force more terrifying and evil than they ever imagined. Lionsgate releases the film on April 25th, 2014.

'The quiet ones'? Then please make a trailer that is a bit more subtile. This is not scary but noisy at its best...

This isn't a Found Footage movie? Why would you put that in the title, a FF movie is Blair Witch, Cloverfield, this is just a movie where they "find" footage..
