Men, Women & Children

"I think if I disappeared tomorrow, the universe wouldn't really notice." Following a bleak and depressing teaser trailer last month, the full theatrical trailer for Jason Reitman's social media based relationship drama Men, Women & Children has arrived. This is a great trailer, but man does this look like a downer. It seems like everyone's relationships are crumbling or in some state of disarray, with everyone looking for something or someone to fill a void in their lives. This looks like a showcase of stellar performances from Adam Sandler, Jennifer Garner, Rosemarie DeWitt and everyone else in the film. Watch below!

Here's the newest trailer for Jason Reitman's Men, Women & Children, originally from MTV:

Read Alex's review of Men, Women & Children from its premiere at TIFF this month right here.

Men, Women & Children is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Jason Reitman, of the films Thank You for Smoking, Juno, Up in the Air, Young Adult and Labor Day previously. Reitman co-wrote the script with Erin Cressida Wilson. The original book "explores the sexual pressures at work on a handful of troubled, conflicted junior-high students and their equally dysfunctional parents," but Reitman has adapted it into the story of a group of high school teenagers and their parents as they attempt to navigate the many ways the internet has changed their relationships, their communication, their self-image, and their love lives. The film premiered at TIFF (read our review), and Paramount releases it in theaters October 17th. Thoughts?

This looks really good... Like a romantic comedy if you replaced the banality with balls...and took out all the comedy.

My first thoughts: If the work and brilliance put down in this trailer also is the same for the movie, it`s gonna be one brain awakening hour and a half. X fingers for Sandlers performance.

Hey now, he can act, when he wants to. I always go back to Punch Drunk Love for me.

oh, don`t get me wrong.. in no way am I dissing Sandler... it`s jsut hard to ignore some of his stereotype roles when seeing him in serious stuff.. like.. yeah Mulder/Agent Cooper paradox.

I get you. No worries. I also agree. I hate Sandler comedies.

I will avoid any trailer to get the full impact, but I really hope it's better than Labor Day. Reitman can do so much better!
