The Avengers & Spider-Man

In case you haven't checked out the latest trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron, you're missing out of an awesome shot with the entire team leaping across the screen into action. However, some fans can't wait until the team has a new member when Spider-Man enters the Marvel cinematic universe in Captain America: Civil War, and the folks at IGN decided to give them something to keep them at bay. They've taken parts of the new trailer for the Marvel sequel and added in footage from various Spider-Man movies to make him integral to the action. It's a solid edit, and it gets us excited for when he's really part of the team.

Here's the fan edited trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron with Spider-Man from IGN:

You can still watch the previous trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron right here.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron is written & directed by Joss Whedon (The Avengers, Serenity). Earth's mightiest heroes must once again assemble when a super intelligent robot created by Tony Stark created to help fight any threats that might harm the world actually turns against him and the human race. Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson all return in the sequel to Marvel's The Avengers with new names like Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen joining the team. Disney & Marvel release the film this summer on May 1st. Glad they incorporated him in that awesome jumping scene with the rest of the crew.

They could have left it at that and it would have been perfect

It would be funny if Spidey ended up being the cook, or the chauffeur....

And then I came across this....

I thought it was lame sorry, did not like it, detracted from everything else.

glad I'm not the only one. It feels like they're trying too hard. I get it, Spidey fans are excited he's "home," but take it easy or people get put off by it.

Agreed. A bit to much of Spidey forced in and some shoots didn't really gel. Could of been great with a less enthusiastic approach.

      Way Too LAME!!
  • Well done.

Andrew Garfield just reminds me of how bad the last 3 Spidey films have been and how racist and disrespectful Amy Pascual and her executive group are. Too bad she's still involved with the franchise. Avi Arad was bad news so is she if she doesn't know her place.

I am not sure of amy pascual but Garfield was a poor choice for spidey, as far as Avi Arad, he helped make the franchise workable, spidey was before ironman and that was due to Avi, his spidey is still the best.

Spiderman is about as useful as Hawkeye in The Avengers...practically speaking.

hmm NOT in the Double-Sized Special ComicBook( pre- graphic novel days ) version of this team-up . at the VERY least , it gives them another aerial assault angle .- dodge spidey swinging in sideways , IM hits you head on .. and vice versa .. somebody else to mop up while Thor IM Cap take on the top baddie .... I would also point out, they used that " proportional strength of a spider " gimmick , to always frame him as having strength enough to knock down a wall , or hit humans hard enough to knock them out ...

LOL the trailer here( I tend to read comments first , then the story ,,;?)) ) has him falling to he ground with a car he's hanging onto about to roll over on him , and he drops to a squat and catches it like a feather .... I think he brings enough for my table

Spidey would wipe the floor with Cap

Nice video, but way too much spiderman. It was more like Avengers: The Age Of Spiderman
