Watch: 'Cinderella' Gets Caught in Second Trailer for Disney Fairytale
"Ragged servant girl is what you are, and that is what you will always be." A second theatrical trailer for Disney's live-action re-telling of the classic fairytale Cinderella has arrived, and much like the TV spot from earlier this week, it adds a little meat to the story we all know. It looks like there's a conspiracy in the kingdom to make sure the prince (Richard Madden) marries another for the good of the kingdom, but he just wants to follow his heart and marry Cinderella (Lily James). It looks like Cinderella is more than a damsel to be rescued as well since she stands up to her step-mother in order to protect the prince as well.
Here's the latest trailer for Kenneth Branagh's Cinderella from Disney:

Cinderella is directed by Kenneth Branagh (Thor, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit) and written by Aline Brosh McKenna (Annie, The Devil Wears Prada) and Chris Weitz (About a Boy, Antz). The story follows young Ella (Lily James) whose father remarries following the death of her mother. Eager to support her loving father, Ella welcomes her new stepmother (Cate Blanchett) and her daughters Anastasia (Holliday Grainger) and Drisella (Sophie McShera) into the family home. But, when Ella's father unexpectedly dies, she finds herself at the mercy of a jealous and cruel new family. But a fairytale love with the kingdom's Prince (Richard Madden) might be her way out. Disney releases the film early next spring on March 13th, 2015.
