Arnold Schwarzenegger

He's back! Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is back into acting, appearing in the zombie flick Maggie in theaters this summer, as well as Terminator Gensisys. He's out promoting and recently stopped by "The Late Late Show With James Corden", where he acted out pretty much every film he's been in. As one of those kids who grew up watching Schwarzenegger movies all day, whether it be True Lies or Terminator or Predator or Kindergarten Cop or whatever, it's quite amusing to see him relive his past and have fun while at it. It's just a fun six minute comedy sketch where Corden and Schwarzenegger act out his entire filmography, and it should make you smile and laugh to watch. Plus he talks about which one is his favorite.

Here's the two Schwarzenegger videos from The Late Late Show with James Corden (found via The Playlist):

In the second video above, Schwarzenegger admits that Kindergarten Cop is his favorite film (or "one of the comedies" is) because it took a while for studios to let him do comedies (like Twins). But the rest of his filmography is also quite spectacular, just because it goes all over the place - and it's glad to see so many of these featured in their recap video. All the odd ones like: Batman & Robin, Twins, Pumping Iron, Junior. Plus all the good ones: True Lies, The Terminator 1 & 2, Last Action Hero, Jingle All the Way, Running Man, Predator and so on. Anyway, I'm sure Schwarzenegger is out there doing plenty of promotion for his new films, whether that involves taking fans for a ride in his tank, or reenacting his past work for late night TV laughs. Glad to see he still has a sense of humor. Check out Maggie and follow him @Schwarzenegger.

I would not put "Last Action Hero" as one of his "good ones"....I would almost venture to say it's his worst....or maybe one of the worst movies of all time.

The premise to me was okay and interesting. But that freaking kid shouting every thirty seconds "this is a movie, we're in a movie" and spending the entire second act trying to prove it is what made it so unbearable. That and the third act was crappy too. In fact, now that I put more thought into it I can't redeem it at all. But the soundtrack was good! Well, the AC/DC song was okay, the rest of it was crap, too. Ah screw it.

Haha!! That's the same thought process I just went through before I left my comment!

Second worst. "Jingle All The Way" is the worst. What can you say about an Arnie movie in which Jake Lloyd is actually less annoying than Arnie?
      • TheOct8pus
I completely forgot Jake Lloyd was in that movie. Regardless, I still find Last Action Hero the worst. Jingle All the Way is probably the 2nd worst IMO. It does have some amusing, stupid comedic Simbad parts.

LOL...Oh Arnold. All will be forgiven when the zombie daughter movie comes out. // Ethan or Alex, did you guys did rid of Disqus for good?
  • DAVIDPD
KINDERGARTEN COP is the best for one liners.

the most symmetric bodybuilder of all times and the king of the best actionmovies ever made (predator stays my favorite). Than he fucked his cleaning lady at the kennedy estate at did lose it all! But he has a big sense of irony and self reflection, and that makes him a truly great guy!
  • this accent! GReat, like Arnie said.
