Must Watch: Awesome New Transporter 3 Full Trailer!
by Alex Billington
October 10, 2008
We've got some awesome late night delight today! A full trailer for Transporter 3 has popped up just in time for the release late next month. I guess the only trailers we saw before this were all just teasers. Let me just say that hot damn this looks fuckin' awesome! Why was I not a fan of the earlier Transporter movies? I don't know, but that's all going to change this November. Our resident badass actor Jason Statham takes on thugs left and right in his sleek new Audi in this trailer, which involves everything a perfect action movie should: hot women, car chases, fist fights, guns, and whatever else they've stuffed in this movie!
Watch the full trailer for Transporter 3:
Transporter 3 is directed by French filmmaker Olivier Megaton, of Exit, The Red Siren, and Angie previously, with a script penned by both Robert Mark Kamen and Luc Besson, the same two who also wrote the first and second Transporter. Lionsgate will be releasing Transporter 3 on November 26th later this year. How about this for an end to a trilogy? The final poster is featured below!

I love the transporter movies, and I am looking forward to seeing this, but does anyone else get a feeling of Daja Vu? This looks pretty similar to the previous movies.

Looks better than the second one!?? What movie isn't? That film was terrible. The first was great. Hopefully this will be half as good as that.

Looks entertaining, but yes...Very much reminds me of that crap 'Crank'.

More car chases, huh? I hope they did them as well as the first one. That was decent and unridiculous. Second one, not so much. I like the new twist, too. Seems he has to stay pretty close to the car to stay alive.

The first one was pretty fun, but I hated the second. This trailer certainly looks awesome so I guess we'll have to see how it turns out.

Sam, say what you will about any "Transporter" movie....but "Crank" is not, and will never be crap. It's JS's best movie. Hands down. Statham is turning out to be one of my all-time favorite action stars. And my favorite films by him are: "The Bank Job" (sure, not an "action" film per se), "The Italian Job", "Crank", "War", "Death Race" and "The Transporter".

I love that these moves don't even try to ignore how cliche' and corny they really are. The tag line proves that. But damn I love these films. Hell, I love anything Statham does. My only issue with the preview is it shows just a bit too much. It's one of those previews that sacrifices too much of the story, and too many of the cool parts to sell the movie. But I can't imagine the story is too indepth, and as with the other two Transporter films there were plenty of cool scenes to go around.

Not really a trilogy is it, just cheesy action movies with a big budget - looks like fun.

I loved the first Transporter but this looks awful. Really awful. An uninspired rehash of the first two, with a desperate dose of Speed/Crank. Defiance looked pretty lame, too, and considering it's from Edward Zwick (with Last Samurai, c'mon, lame) Defiance will likely be middling, as well. First Showing is really becoming just another "Oh my God, this movie is soooo great" type of site. (C'mon: Body of Lies - Probably the Best Thriller of Its Kind...WTF?). I think it's time to delete First Showing from my bookmarks.

Don't let the door hit ya. You mean the door that's already knocked you senseless? The hype-machine of FirstShowing.net notwithstanding: Rotten Tomatoes: Body of Lies 52% "Body of Lies relies on the performances of Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio to elevate it beyond the conventional espionage thriller." Deadline Hollywood: Body of Lies - Weak. "That's what happens when the script, even though based on a book, doesn't measure up." Door closed.

And how the hell do you know I'm senseless? Did I say I agree with everything on this site? No. But I certainly don't make some grand exit if I don't. As if anyone gives a shit. You don't like it around here? Leave! And spare everyone the dramatics.
