New Wall-E Featurette - A Hero's Journey

After I published my list of my most anticipated summer movies, it became blatantly official that Wall-E is my absolutely most highly anticipated movie of, probably, my entire life. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am for this Pixar movie, but I can show you. If you're as excited as me, fortunately you're in for a treat - I'll always be mentioning every great new Wall-E video that pops up. There isn't a limit to how many we show - the more we get to see of this cute lil robot, the better. And the film still won't be ruined come June. Today we've got another one for your viewing pleasure titled "A Hero's Journey."

I'm sure most of you are looking forward to Wall-E anyway, but I agree with Peter - "If you have no interest in seeing this movie after watching this little guy vrooom around, than you frankly have no heart." There is really no way that anyone can look at Wall-E and not smile at his amazingly cute innocence. With that said, please enjoy this brand new featurette.

Wall-E is both written and directed by Pixar's own Andrew Stanton, who wrote and directed A Bug's Life and Finding Nemo. This movie is Pixar's tenth feature film. Wall-E lands in theaters everywhere this summer on June 27th - see you in the theater!

this movie looks fantastic, honestly, i am seeing the same footage over and over again now, which is good becuase that means there is a lot i havent seen, but its bad, because i say, BRING on the movie already!

This is my top pick of what is actually a very interesting summer. I also think it has an outside chance of being the top earner. For me, Pixar dropped the ball a little with Cars and that Rat-as-a-chef one I can't spell, but they look right back on form with this. I love the whole look of it and can you imagine this on Blu-ray? Oh boy....

Gotta disagree with #2. Cars was just ok yeah but Ratpatootie? That was excellent. Cant wait for WallE

OK...I'll admit this movie looks great and I have no doubts that it's going to be a crowd winner, but how can you put it above summer flicks like Indiana Jones, Dark Knight, etc....or even the adult comedies like Pineapple Express and Tropic Thunder? This summer is too loaded I feel to put so much emphasis on Wall-E. P.s. ratatouille was great.

Im just worried that those robot sounds well get annoying. For some reason I thought Brad Bird had something to do with this though. But Stanton directed Finding Nemo AND A Bug's Life (so underrated).

meh. No, make that "meh!". It looks alright. Aw who am I kidding, it looks GREAT! But it's not at the top of my list for the summer. I'm sorry but it just looks a bit sappy to me, too sweet and corny for its own good. It's on my Must See list but not even in the Top 5 for me. I believe wholeheartedly it's going to be tops at the box office though. Every kid in America is going to drag their folks out to see this multiple times, so there ya go with the B.O. I'm personally more interested in seeing all those movies Stuck@work just listed than Wall-E. Then again, my heart is cold and shriveled like the Grinch before the last 5 minutes of his tale. 😀

I'm psyched. Wall-E looks great! Every one of these videos you post makes me want to see it that much more. In my opinion, Pixar can do no wrong. Loved Nemo. Lovvvved Cars. Loved Ratatouille. I fully plan to go to the Dark Knight, obviously, then sneak into WallE. The ol' double featch. Also, I stumbled upon this site awhile ago when looking for the alternate ending to I Am Legend and having been checking it daily since. Love me some movie news!
