The latest update from director Edgar Wright up in Toronto this time is a video blog, featuring a basic introduction to the on-set work and behind-the-scenes of Scott Pilgrim vs the World. Being not only a big fan of the comic books that this movie is based on, but also just a big fan of movies (obviously), this video was quite awesome to see. I mean, just look at the life they're living! Hardcore morning work out sessions, stunt and fight training, Edgar Wright shenanigans all day long, and it's all a paid gig! Sadly this video isn't embeddable, so you've got to head over to the official website to watch it (for now).
Until they get an embeddable version of the player up, you'll have to watch this over on the official website for Scott Pilgrim vs the World (just click the image above). If you've been following all of our Scott Pilgrim coverage, you already know that Edgar Wright posts new photos every single day on his blog, and we've featured a few of them previously. There's also something I noticed in the video - he mentions at one point that this is an "action film." I guess I was thinking it would be more of a romantic comedy at first, but I'm even more excited to see it turn into an action romantic comedy. Bring on more videos, Edgar!

Anyone who liked Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz should take their seat for their director Edgar Wright has adapted a hilarious graphic novel/videogame into a hilarious movie you would like so much that you would want to see more than once. The film is Scott Pilgrim vs. the World which was adapted from the first book of the graphic novels, and it is a very entertaining movie especially for the fans of graphic novels and the game. Scott Pilgrim (portrayed by Michael Cera of Arrested Development) is a 23 year old whose life is as good as possible (or at least he thinks it is). He has a nice, sweet girlfriend named Knives Chau (portrayed by Ellen Wong) even if he knows she is not the one for him, he is in a rock band which is cool in itself, and even though he does not have a job at the moment, he does not consider this particularly worrying.
