First Look: Wes Anderson's Version on Fantastic Mr. Fox

I know you may be thinking, why do we need a first look at this? But trust me, once you see this little photo, you'll understand why. JoBlo has scored the first look at the family from Wes Anderson's stop animation adaptation of Roald Dahl's classic Fantastic Mr. Fox. In retrospect, this seems a bit like Fox's attempt to mimic Warner Bros' Where the WIld Things Are - it's an adaptation of a beloved children's book with a very unique director and an unusual style. That said, I still like the look of this quite a bit. This photo is way too small to really get anything good from it, but my initial impressions are leaning towards the positive side!
Photo removed at the request of 20th Century Fox. Sorry!
Fantastic Mr. Fox features George Clooney and Cate Blanchett as the voices of Mr. and Mrs. Fox (seen above), Bill Murray as Mr. Badger, plus Meryl Streep and Anjelica Huston as well as Jason Schwartzman. If you're looking for some extra details, Brandon put together a full-length article back in March about the book and the movie. The film is now a Fox Searchlight release and these two photos (logo included) are all that anyone has seen so far. We're hoping they put out a trailer soon, because a tiny photo like this isn't going to hold us over forever. I will say that as of this moment, I'm very much looking forward to this. You?

Really need to see something else. This photo is way to small to get a good feel of the film.

I Will see anything Wes does, but I agree that I need to see a little bit more before formulating any opinions.

Ist das ein Film der sich mit dem FireFox beschäftigt? Die Ähnlichkeiten sind groß.

This was the first book that I actually read by myself as a child and to this day I still pick it up occasionally although it only takes me around an hour and a bit to read now lol but as soon as my daughter is old enough I intend to read this to her as a bedtime story. They better do this justice but everything I have read and seen leads me to believe that this will be known for years from now as a classic which is almost unheard off in these days.
