Anil Kapoor & Lea Seydoux Cast as Mission: Impossible Villains
With filming for the next installment of the Mission Impossible franchise already underway, we now have word of a couple more additions to the cast making sure there's plenty of dastardly plans to be thwarted by Ethan Hunt and the rest of the Impossible Mission Force. We've already heard Michael Nyqvist will play one of the lead villains in the sequel and now two more names have cropped up. THR reports that the very lovely Lea Seydoux (Robin Hood, Inglourious Basterds) will play the lead female villain, while Deadline reports the charismatic Anil Kapoor (Slumdog Millionaire) has also taken some sort of antagonistic role as well.
The new villains will be contending with an IMF team made up of franchise stars Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg while new team members include Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton and Vladimir Mashkov. No word on any plot details from Andre Nemec and Josh Applebaum's script, but with J.J. Abrams producing with Cruise (and his longtime collaborator Paula Wagner) and Brad Bird taking on his first live-action blockbuster, I have to say that I'm extremely excited to see this sequel when it hits theaters next December. As soon as we hear any details on the story, we'll let you know. Like the cast so far?

#3: He was (still is?) the host of India's 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?'. He played himself in Slumdog Millionaire, and more recently had a role in the final season of 24. He was actually surprisingly good on 24, but I'm still not sure he'd make a good villain.

#4 He played the host of 'Who wants to be a Millionaire?' in the movie 'Slumdog Millionaire'. The producers requested the actual hosts of the show to play the role, but they declined. So Mr. Kapoor had to step in. Can't wait to see what he would do with this role. If the role is well written he will kick ass. LOL!

@#3 Anil Kapoor was never the host of 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' in real life. He only played the part of host (as himself) in 'Slumdog Millionaire'. The actual hosts were Amitabh Bachan and Shah Rukh Khan. He's an okay actor, not sure how he's going to be as a villain in M:I 4.

This looks like it's going to be amazing, Jeremy Renner is phenomenal and J.J. Abrams creates the best storylines... Looks like Tom Cruise's career is getting the revamp it needs
