Another 'Heart-Pounding' Motion Poster for Saw 3D Unveiled

Remember that crazy exploding-head motion poster for Lionsgate's Saw 3D a few weeks ago that used the ever-so-cheesy tagline and design inspiration of "mind-blowing 3D"? Well, they're back again with another motion poster, this time it's all about the "heart-pounding 3D" and, you guessed it, we got another crazy design with a heart being pounded. I've got to admit that these are very unique designs that think they did a good job putting together (where else do we get to see imagery like this?), it's just that those taglines are so cheesy! And I really didn't like the trailer anyway. Check out the full-on motion poster (from MTV) below.
According to producers, this will be the final film in the Saw franchise, but as always that might not be true, depending on how successful this one is. However, I think the real question is whether anyone wants more?
Saw VII is directed by former editor Kevin Greutert, who edited all six of the previous Saw movies before this one and previously directed Saw VI from last year, for better or worse. The screenplay for this one was again written by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, who broke out with Feast and later wrote Saw IV, V and VI. Lionsgate is bringing Saw 3D to theaters everywhere on October 29th. Anyone going to see this?

The design is cool, but if I didn't see the words SAW on it, I would have never associated it with the movie. Seems more like a random abstract art piece.

This is not a bad poster for Saw 3D, the 3D for this picture could work well has there is the trap's cannot wait.

Yeah, I really love those posters. I love the designs (the last one even more so) as well as the concept of it - yes, it's gimmicky, but that is part of what ad campains should do, isn't it? Though as #10 said, I'm pretty sure these posters will turn out better than the film. It's a real shame. Anyway, this concept of 3D, motion posters is a first of it's kind and very original.
