'Glee' Actress Lea Michele Looking to Party on 'New Year's Eve'

Though she's currently at the center of a small controversy regarding a risque GQ photoshoot featuring a few stars from Fox's series "Glee," the stunning Lea Michele just keeps moving, and it looks like she's about to make the leap to the big screen. Variety says the 24 year-old actress has lined up a role in New Year's Eve, the pseudo-sequel to the ensemble romantic comedy Valentine's Day. Director Garry Marshall (Pretty Woman) is expected to return for the film along with writer Katherine Fugate. There's no word on what role she might play, though it'd be nice if she could finally move out of a high school role so she can act her age.
So far Michele is the only acting talent mentioned as joining the cast of this new romantic comedy that will obviously follow several different characters on New Year's Eve. However, since Valentine's Day garnered a whole plethora of talent including Bradley Cooper, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Alba, Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway and Patrick Dempsey, I can't imagine this new project will be without a slew of big name actors. Production will likely be starting sometime soon since New Line has set release for December 9th, 2011, so stay tuned as more information on the likely star-studded cast becomes available.

I'd like to see her in bigger movie roles, She's fantastic on Glee and her singing is pretty damn good. So even though I won't ever see New Year's Eve until its in Redbox i'm excited to see her moving forward and ignoring the PTC, buncha prudes they are. She already had a nude scene apparently (a stage play I think) and she is absoutely gorgeous in those GQ photos (I guess that makes me a pedophile). She's is a sexual beast! qand should be damn proud!

Oh my god those photos weren't even erotic enough to fap to, so I don't know what the big controversy is here. Honestly, she's a great singer, but I don't know about her range as an actress, her role on Glee doesn't really have a lot of range. Don't get me wrong it's good, but...eh, who knows, really. Oh and this movie sounds fucking stupid.

Just like with the super bowl wardrobe malfunction, people are overreacting to pictures of people who are NOT teenagers, but play some on TV. What next, expected virginity for life if you ever appear as a character who might be a role model.
