Still haven't had enough of Zach Galifianakis after that It's Kind of a Funny Story trailer? Warner Bros has unleashed the first official trailer (via Yahoo) for their upcoming comedy Due Date, directed by Old School and The Hangover director Todd Phillips, starring Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis as well as Juliette Lewis, Michelle Monaghan, Jamie Foxx, Alan Arkin, RZA and others. This is being billed as the big follow-up to WB's The Hangover and I'm loving what I'm seeing so far. Fun concept, funnier characters, and damn Downey is just hilarious. I'm getting a bit burned out on Galifianakis but maybe that's just me. Enjoy!

High-strung father-to-be Peter Highman (Robert Downey Jr.) is forced to hitch a ride with aspiring actor Ethan Tremblay (Zach Galifianakis) on a long road trip in order to make it to his new child's birth on time.
Due Date is directed by Oscar nominated (only for writing) veteran comedy director Todd Phillips, of Road Trip, Old School, Starsky & Hutch, School for Scoundrels and The Hangover previously. The screenplay was written by Alan R. Cohen & Alan Freedland ("King of the Hill") and Adam Sztykiel (Made of Honor) & Todd Phillips. Warner Bros is bringing Due Date to theaters everywhere on November 5th this fall. Look funny?

how can anyone get tired of Galifianakis? He's like Paul Rudd un-hateable. this looks very funny, count me it. @cinemabandit, I don't see the connection. only thing that is similar is that they are traveling on the road.

H'okay. I think we need to get this sorted. Unless he's changed his last name to "Downey Jr.", his name is either "Robert Downey, Jr." or "Mr. Downey". Not "Mr. Downey Jr" -- I can't even start on how little sense that makes.
