Technology Update - FirstShowing is Running on a New Server

I'm sure a few of you have noticed that we've been experiencing some tech troubles recently, with downtime and server lag issues, so we decided to fix all those problems once and for all change our server and web host to Liquid Web. As of now, our domain is pointed at the new server and the DNS updates are propagating throughout the world. However, since this is a pretty big update, if you notice anything out of the ordinary, anything that doesn't seem right, any tech problems, glitches, slow loadtimes, other website-related issues, please get in touch with Alex directly at this email. Let's debug this sucka' and get her running at full speed!
If you notice different versions of the site, with posts missing, that change back and forth, I suggest clearing your cache (for Windows or Mac) as that will help get you the new DNS information quicker. We are hoping that this new server will provide a more stable, faster, smoother, better viewing experience for all of you, our readers. We also hope that the transition to our new home was entirely flawless, but there are always minor hiccups and tweaks to be made, so please let us know if you find anything out of ordinary. Dont worry Alex... I have to do a full backup of my site one month ago too..and I know that do that thing sucks a lot..because is like clean all your house..I hate it.. >.< ..

Does this mean FirstShowing will be getting more features with the server upgrade? I still think you should add a Weekend Box Office Report and I was thinking about FirstShowing adding a what's new for the week on DVD/BluRay feature. However with Blockbuster possibly getting rid of all their stores maybe a new feature should be what's new for the week on PPV/VOD? Or maybe do both? With these features FirstShowing could be the one stop blog for everything movies.
