June 23, 2010

The Golden Briefcase

On this week's episode of The Golden Briefcase, Tim and Jeremy are joined by Dan Trachtenberg of The Totally Rad Show to discuss their Picks of the Week, the newest in DVD & Blu-Ray Releases, trailers for Michel Gondry's The Green Hornet, Anton Corbijn's The American and Michael Apted's The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, rant about Tim's Toy Story 3 midnight experience and much more! The main topic of the night was ensemble comedies, in relation to Grown Ups, hitting theaters this Friday. The guys delve in to what exactly an ensemble comedy is and also talk about some of their favorites.

The Golden Briefcase is also broadcast LIVE on Tuesday nights starting at 6:30PM (PST). You can listen in via our Ustream page or by visiting our own live page right here on FS. The podcast is just as fun to listen to live while it's being recorded, with plenty of special guests, so I suggest you tune in the next time it records!

Hey guys, just got through disc 1 of the Lost Room. In one word, it's awesome. Such a fantastic concept and I had a hard time believing it was a sci-fi series. I guess they can pull a rabbit out of a hat once in a while:) Sooo looking forward to watching Disc 2 tonight. Thanks for the recommendation Dan! Tim, Jeremy, you really have to see it!!
