GOLDEN BRIEFCASE
TGB Episode 24: In Post-Converted 3-D! (Guest: Kevin Carr)
by Tim Buel
August 18, 2010
On this week's episode of The Golden Briefcase, Tim & Jeremy are joined by Kevin Carr from Fat Guys at the Movies to discuss their latest picks of the week, the newest in DVD and Blu-Ray releases, new trailers for Gaspar Noe's Enter the Void and Paul Haggis' The Next Three Days, address some reader mail and listen to Jeremy interview Elisabeth Shue (from Piranha 3D)! The main topic of the night was 3D in movies (in honor of Piranha 3D hitting theaters this Friday). The guys talk about some of the strengths and weaknesses of 3D in films, examples of good use, and they also dream up movie that they feel would be cool to see in 3D.
The Golden Briefcase is also broadcast LIVE on Tuesday nights starting at 6:30PM (PST). You can listen in via our Ustream page or by visiting our own live page right here on FS. The podcast is just as fun to listen to live while it's being recorded, with plenty of special guests, so I suggest you tune in the next time it records!
