The fellow film lovers over at TotalFilm have very kindly nominated FirstShowing.net for Best News Blog in their 2010 Movie Blog Awards which allow you, the discerning film fan, to vote for the best blogs in webdom. We were lucky enough to be nominated last year as well, and are flattered to be included among this year's nominees with friends from SlashFilm, Collider, ComingSoon, JoBlo, Cinematical, Film School Rejects, MTV Movies Blog, Spout Blog and Dark Horizons. FirstShowing.net is the only website I check for filmnews, so I'll be votin' for ya! The thing I like about this website is that you gather the news, so I don't have to check numerous sites to find out what's new, I just come here to check it. Thanks for that!

when i was looking for sites that had trailers for at the time fantastic four 2 teaser,spider-man 3,iron-man & iron man 2,clash of the titians,kick ass,the incredible hulk,the wolfman,the wrestler,the book of eli and so on.where did i find them on first showing,you got my vote men.

Nice to know, FS is voted again this year. I only started coming here after Last year's 09 Total Films Movie blog Nominees. I can't help but presume History will repeat itself, so I'll Go out on a limb to say the Award is going to go to /Slashfilm AGAIN, but hey you got my vote. Seasons Greetings.
