Oh boy, here we go. Universal has debuted the first teaser trailer for the Tim Hill directed comedy Hop, the upcoming Easter Bunny live-action-plus-CGI-bunny movie starring Russell Brand as the bunny. It's one of those teasers that doesn't have any real footage, but uses Blur's "Song 2" to create a very memorable first introduction. All you need to do is drop some Blur in your trailer and you've got a hit! The trailer debuted on Moviefone and can be watched below. The live-action cast includes James Marsden, Kaley Cuoco, Elizabeth Perkins, Chelsea Handler and Hugh Laurie, none of whom are seen this. What are your thoughts on Hop?
Watch the first teaser trailer for Illumination Entertainment's Hop from YouTube:
"As Fred struggles with the world’s worst houseguest, both will learn what it takes to finally grow up." Aww, how cute! Not really, but maybe that's just me. Directing Hop is Tim Hill (Muppets from Space, Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties, Alvin and the Chipmunks) from a screenplay by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio (Despicable Me) as well as Brian Lynch (Big Helium Dog, on Twitter as @BrianLynch). This is the first live-action movie from Illumination Ent., responsible for this year's animated flick Despicable Me, but as you can tell, this has a character that's fully animated anyway. Hop lands in theaters everywhere starting on April 1st next year.

I remember when I first saw the trailer for Despicable Me, I thought to myself, "How Stupid". But amazingly, it turned out pretty good. I'm sure everyone will be pleased when the official trailer for this comes out. But for now... no comment.

This company did the same thing with Despicable Me - trailers with absolutely nothing about the movie - but it ended up being one of my favorite movies of the summer.

NO JOKE 3 and 6. And I thought autotune was bad. Its physically impossible to hit a kick drum without a long enough leg! OOOHHH man 6-11 year old are gonna flip sh*t over this.

Inspired by a certain gorilla drummer in a certain chocolate advert, perhaps? UK residents will know what I mean.

Is the rabbit 32? Cause Blur had a hit in 94 and it's dressing grunge. I'm confused.
