The King's Speech Trailer

Oh yes! I'm more than happy to keep bringing you some of the best footage from Tom Hooper's The King's Speech because I am rooting for this incredible film all the way to the Oscars. The official trailer for this hit last month, but a new international trailer recently debuted (via Awards Daily) and it's a must watch trailer. The King's Speech stars Colin Firth as King George VI as well as Geoffrey Rush (who will both get Oscar noms) and Helena Bonham Carter. I really hope everyone reading this gives the film a chance, it really is wonderful, one of the best films of the year, you have to see it when it's in theaters. Watch the trailer below!

Watch the new international trailer for Tom Hooper's The King's Speech:

Story of the man who became King George VI and overcame a dreaded stutter with the help of a friend.

The King's Speech is directed by Emmy winning British filmmaker Tom Hooper, of Red Dust, Longford, the John Adams mini-series and The Damned United previously. The screenplay was written by David Seidler, of mostly TV movies previously, including Malice in Wonderland, Dancing in the Dark, Quest for Camelot, The King and I and also Kung Fu Killer previously. After premiering in Telluride & Toronto, The Weinstein Company is bringing The King's Speech to theaters starting Thanksgiving week, November 26th, this fall.

I liked the regular trailer for this film as well. People overcoming odds is always Oscar bait.

Royals, idiots love em. I'd have them all killed if I was in charge. This actually looks pretty decent though, I will probably watch it, good to see Bonham carter not in a Burton movie or as some sort of witch.

This movie is getting great reviews but I have not been impressed by either trailer.

"I'm not a King . . . I'm a Naval Officer." Oh boy . . . *That's* what I call a Movie Line!

"Why should I waste my time listening?" "Because I have a voice!" Epic.
