All Arnold Schwarzenegger Projects Are Delayed Until Further Notice

In the past couple months we've heard about a few projects for Arnold Schwarzenegger to make his triumphant return to acting. However, this week, the actor's life took an unfortunate turn as it was revealed that he had a love child with his family's nanny, and has since separated from his wife Maria Shriver. While we normally don't care about gossip matters like this, the issues stemming from this revelation have spilled into the movie news realm as an announcement was made stating that Schwarzenegger will be focusing on these personal matters and unable to commit to any production schedules at this time.
Here's the official statement from the actor's agency given to MSNBC (via SlashFilm):
"Governor Schwarzenegger is focusing on personal matters and is not willing to commit to any production schedules or timelines. This includes 'Cry Macho,' The 'Terminator' franchise and other projects under consideration. We will resume discussions when Governor Schwarzenegger decides."
It's not clear whether this will have an impact on the TV series and eventual film adaptation of The Governator, or the actor's supposed involvement in Jee-woon Kim's Last Stand which we heard about last month, but it seems like anything involving Schwarzenegger is now up in the air. This is definitely disappointing for anyone looking forward to the action star's return to the big screen, but in times like this, obviously show business is the furthest thing from his mind. Hopefully his personal matters (which don't affect how I personally view him as an actor) will get resolved as best they can and Schwarzenegger can still make a splash in theaters again. Agreed?

This is very sad. I’m sorry to hear this. Arnold Schwarzenegger is a terrific actor and seems like a decent guy. I was hoping he would make a triumphant return to movies and do more dramas. It is a shame that his marriage has collapsed. Marriage, in my experience, takes work. A lot of work. My husband and I are just really open and honest with each other. We tell each other everything that goes on and everything that we’re feeling everyday, and we’re just really there for each other. I think my husband taught me a lot about inner beauty and confidence in myself. I’m slim but voluptuous. He’s in love with the person inside of me, and the outside of me is just a bonus. I feel better—so much better now than I ever did in my twenties. I know who I am. And as a result, I feel much sexier.

I've been pretty disappointed in him since I heard him say that "Red Sonja" was the worst movie he's ever done.......since it's the only movie I like him in. Did he forget the one where he was pregnant? ~Banging the nanny, oldest story in the book.
