Ohh yes, another crazy new teaser trailer for Pedro Almodóvar's The Skin I Live In that is just going to f**k with some people's heads. Twitch has posted this new 60 second teaser trailer for The Skin I Live In, starring Antonio Banderas as a plastic surgeon, and Elena Anaya as his "captive". I saw this in Cannes and loved it (read my review), it's brilliant, but these teasers are even better because no one has any idea what's going on. That said, it does give us another tease of some of the incredible music in this film, and for that alone it's worth watching at least. Plus, this teaser is a genius follow-up to the first short teaser. Enjoy.
Watch the second teaser trailer for Pedro Almodóvar's The Skin I Live In from YouTube:
That's quite a genius teaser. Based on Thierry Jonquet's Mygale, this revenge tale tells the story of a plastic surgeon, played by Antonio Banderas (reuniting after 20 years with Pedro Almodóvar after working on Tie Me Up! Time Me Down! in 1990), seeking revenge on the men who raped his daughter. This is Oscar winning Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar's latest film following Broken Embraces from 2009, and it first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in France just last month. Sony Pictures Classics is currently planning on bringing The Skin That I Live In to limited theaters in the US on November 18th in the fall.

Only because it's Almovodar. Otherwise I'd be all "What the fudgebucket did I just watch???". But I know better.

Between the music and the chase scene, it felt a little Lynch-y.
