Comic-Con 2011 Live: Coverage of 20th Century Fox Big Hall H Panel
by Alex Billington
July 21, 2011
It's about time to kick off the first big live blog of Comic-Con 2011, the 20th Century Fox panel in Hall H. The schedule has never been update to say more than: "You won't want to miss the excitement this year, as Fox presents first-looks at some of its most-anticipated pictures of 2011 and 2012." But we're predicting Ridley Scott's Prometheus is going to be the big one this time (we just posted a first look photo), as well as appearances for Rupert Wyatt's Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Andrew Niccol's In Time, plus potentially some surprises, hopefully. We'll be updating live with quotes, info and more, so follow it below!
We're using a new live blogging system that will be providing updates constantly below without need for a refresh, so follow our updates below. Once the panel is over, the updates will be reversed from starting time to ending time, however during the LIVE segment, the newest updates will appear at the top. Here we go.
Updates LIVE directly from the Comic-Con 20th Century Fox panel on Thursday 3:15 to 4:30PM PDT:
This live blog is being updated by FS.net's Alex and Ethan directly from from Hall H at Comic-Con in San Diego. As always, any/all of our continuing posts from Comic-Con 2011 can be found here in this category.

Guys let me tell you. I was there. The teaser footage looked UNREAL. So much Alien DNA its not even funny. Everyone looked intense and it has 'classic' written all over it. Just amazing. Looks fresh, yet the familiar Geiger art is everywhere.... This movie wont fail. I cannot wait.
