by Alex Billington
July 18, 2011
It's back inside the doors of Hall H we go for another round at the world famous Comic-Con. As a primer to our Comic-Con 2011 coverage this week, I thought I'd run down the basic details including our schedule for live blogging some of the upcoming Hall H panels, from 20th Century Fox to Steven Spielberg's Tintin to The Amazing Spider-Man and Sony's panel. This year we're using a nifty bit of technology to bring you live blog updates live, without need for a refresh, so be sure to check that out once things start up this week. As always, we'll be posting updates on here and on twitter all throughout the week directly from San Diego.
Here's the rundown. FS only covers movies, but we'll be covering details from most panels throughout the week. Below is our schedule for live blog updates, with info on what else is that day. As always, refer to the Comic-Con schedule, but we'll bring you coverage on everything/anything interesting coming from the Con!

Here's the official line-up, as revealed by Sony/Columbia: Mark Nevelinde & Brian Taylor's Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Ruben Fleischer's 30 Minutes or Less, Len Wiseman's Total Recall, Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man. Quite a show!

Other Panels: Relativity Media: Immortals, IndieVest Pictures: Knights of Badassdom, A First Look at Dorothy of Oz and An Early Evening with Kevin Smith.
That's our tentative line-up for the three main days during Comic-Con this week. You'll hear from us if any plans change, otherwise we'll see you in San Diego. Of course, we'll also be updating constantly on Twitter: @firstshowing for Alex and main news, and @Ethan_Anderton for Ethan, @TimBuel for Tim (of The Golden Briefcase) as well as @BobStencil and our guest writer Brandon @Brotodeau. We'll do our best to cover as much as we can, but our focus is on upcoming movies, any exciting/important news, virals and anything else we find that kicks ass. Additionally, our man Bob $tencil will be back out in force providing a few video updates, and we'll have our own video blogs, interviews, and much more posted during the week.
It's our goal to bring you some of the best coverage of Comic-Con around. This is our sixth year covering the world's greatest comic book convention and we're excited for another amazing year of comics & movies.
What's Quickdraw? I thought Robert's production company was called Trouble Maker?
