"You don't know how close to the edge you are." You've probably heard the name for this mentioned before, now it's time to watch the trailer. Anchor Bay Films has debuted the official trailer for Texas Killing Fields, a new serial killer suspense-thriller starring Sam Worthington and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, two detectives who track the serial killer responsible for dumping his bodies in the "Killing Fields" nearby. The cast also includes Chloe Moretz, Jessica Chastain, Stephen Graham and Jason Clarke. This looks intense and quite chaotic, I must say, I'm honestly quite interested in seeing this after watching the trailer.
Watch the official trailer for Ami Canaan Mann's Texas Killing Fields, via Bloody-Disgusting:
Follows a homicide detective in a small Texan town and his partner, a transplanted cop from NYC, as they track a serial killer dumping his victims' mutilated bodies in a nearby marsh locals call 'The Killing Fields.'
Texas Killing Fields is directed by first-time feature filmmaker Ami Canaan Mann, of only Morning in 2001 and a "Friday Night Lights" episode previously. The screenplay was written by Don Ferrarone, a Hollywood "technical advisor" and former federal agent also making his feature debut writing. This was filmed entirely in Louisiana early last year, and will hit the Venice Film Festival first before Anchor Bay Films releases it in very limited theaters on October 7th this fall. Haven't heard too much else about this. Anyone interested?

Looks good. JD Morgan is always cool. Its weird watching kids grow up onscreen. Chloe Moretz, Dakota Fanning. Sorry Emmanuel Lewis, no disrespect.

Film looks good. I don't like the title either. It doesn't have any mystery to it.

Type your comment here.I lived this SHIT and it pisses me off that someone is capitalizing on families STILL grieving. I hope it gets canned/shelved/whatever.
