First Look: Shockwave's New 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' Banner

July 1 in 3D. I love that this movie is so epic, and so much of a sequel, that it doesn't even need a tagline. Its tagline is its release date and the fact that Michael Bay is making this in 3D. Yahoo has unveiled a very wide new banner for Transformers: Dark of the Moon this time featuring a Decepticon that we haven't actually seen yet - Shockwave. In addition to that kick ass new banner, we've also added a new banner with Bumblebee and the original Optimus Prime one debuted late last week with the early footage buzz. I'm already sold on seeing this, show me no more. Check out all three of the new Transformers banners below!
Shockwave is an iconcic fan-fave Transformer usually identified by the single robotic eye and laser cannon.
In this movie, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky must help his robot friends defeat enemies like Shockwave.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon is again directed by everyone's favorite explosive director, Michael Bay, of the previous two Transformers movies as well as Bad Boys I and II, The Rock, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor and The Island. The screenplay was written by Ehren Kruger, who co-wrote the Revenge of the Fallen script but went solo this time, and also worked on The Ring, The Skeleton Key and Brothers Grimm screenplays. Paramount is bringing Transformers 3 to theaters everywhere in 3D starting July 1st. Bring on summer!

Hmm... Remember an other movie didn't even need a tagline and flopped advertising the release date in huge characters instead of the movie title? It was called Prince of Persia, then again you can't really compare them this is a sequel.

TRUE STORY: No matter how shit the reviews will or will not be for this movie. You will all still pony up them bones and watch this movie in 3D/IMAX. You heard it here first!

dude, shockwave was SOOOO COOL in the original series. I wish to the Transformer god that Michael Bay gave him an AWSOME voice like in the cartoon.

@Kelly J Bond I got it on the first try and belted out a good laugh... cheers for that one! I hate Bay but I love these damn robots too much NOT to see it. Yes, Mr. Bay already has my money for this one.

Happy to see my favorite transformer finally made it on-screen. Not super liking the bayformers trademark cybertronian mess of detail, but I'm glad he made it in. Hope to see him do some serious damage before Optimus simply rips his face off with ease in the end, like he did megatron and the fallen in the last one.

I find it funny how Alex is riding his hypocritical high horse of praise(schmoozing) after the test footage and now these banners. ...And if the movie sucks, Alex will be trashing it like the black sheep of the series I sure hope this does NOT become! I, for one, will say that it looks good and I won't blow any smoke until I've actually seen it!
