A Warrior's Heart Trailer

Oh this is a good one. Not really. Since there's not much else to feature, today's Indie Trailer Sunday is for a teenage sports drama for the sport of lacrosse, you know that one with those sticks, called A Warrior's Heart. Best of all, it stars everyone's favorite actors - Twilight's Kellan Lutz, Twilight's Ashley Greene, Glee star Chord Overstreet as well as Gabrielle Anwar, William Mapother and Adam Beach, who looks to be the only one putting in a good performance. It looks immensely cheesy but if you love lacrosse (or LAX), which I actually used to play, you might find this interesting. But boy does it look terrible. Enjoy!

Watch the official trailer for Michael F. Sears' A Warrior's Heart, in high def also via Apple:

In shock and denial over his Marine father's death in battle, star Lacrosse player Conor Sullivan, always a maverick and hothead, starts acting out in self-destructive ways that have his mom, Claire, at wit's end.

A Warrior's Heart was directed by Michael F. Sears, a television producer and executive, directing his first feature film. The screenplay was written by Martin Dugard, also of the book Columbus: The Lost Voyage. This was actually shot way back in 2008, mostly in Santa Clarita, California, but is just now getting a limited release thanks to Xenon Pictures. A Warrior's Heart lands in theaters December 2nd this fall. Anyone?

I love that, like Top Gun, only slightly less gay. If he went to a real reservation, he'd be drinking beer all day.
