Battle: Los Angeles TV Spot

Sony has just released on Facebook the brand new TV spot for Jonathan Liebesman's Battle: Los Angeles that ran before the big game today. If you didn't catch it before, it is definitely worth watching now! Battle: Los Angeles stars Aaron Eckhart along with Michelle Rodriguez and Bridget Moynahan. This is one movie coming up in spring that I already can't wait to see in theaters, I think it looks a totally badass, sci-fi action movie, and the more we see, the better it gets. The latest official trailer arrived back in January, and we all know how awesome that looked, so fire up this Super Bowl spot for Battle: LA and hold your breath!

You can also watch the Battle: Los Angeles TV spot in High Def on Facebook

A young Marine platoon, lead by Aaron Eckhart, faces off against a surprise alien invasion in Los Angeles.

Battle: Los Angeles is directed by South African-born director Jonathan Liebesman, of Darkness Falls, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning and The Killing Room previously, but he is really breaking out in a good way with this. The screenplay credit, according to IMDb, goes solely to Christopher Bertolini, of only The General's Daughter and Madso's War previously. Sony / Columbia Pictures will be bringing Battle: Los Angeles to theaters everywhere starting on March 11th this spring! I'll be there on opening day, will you?

its not even badass the stuff in this super bowl tv spot is not new footage. We already saw most it in the previous trailers. Nothing to be so excited about.

I'd rather it be old footage than new footage, so far the trailers for Battle L.A. have been great at keeping secrets from us.

This can't come soon enough. I hope it doesn't suck, oh man I hope it rocks hard. This looks like how sci-fi should be with realty is in play. The battle scenes feel real.
