Must Watch: First Wonderful Trailer for Disney's 'The Muppets' Movie

"Wait wait wait, stop… are there Muppets in this movie?!" Those who went to see Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides this weekend were shown a trailer for a new movie called Green With Envy, which as it turns out, is actually just a new trailer for Disney's The Muppets movie, which has finally hit the web via YouTube. It's a whole lot of fun and if you haven't seen it, just start watching right away as the joke is pretty much ruined already knowing what it is, but it's still a must-see trailer. Starring Jason Segel and Amy Adams, this charming Muppets revival looks like it's full of heart, comedy and plenty of fun, so check it out!

James Bobin ("Flight of the Conchords") is at the helm of this new Muppets movie, which follows Walter & Gary (Jaon Segel), two die-hard Muppet fans and roommates who must save Muppet Theater by reuniting Kermit, Piggy, and the entire troupe to stage an "old-fashioned extravaganza." The cast is full of all kinds of celebrity cameos and other great random appearances, including Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, Rashida Jones, Zach Galifianakis, Ricky Gervais, Alan Arkin and Billy Crystal. Shooting is already finished, and Disney will be bringing The Muppets to theaters starting on November 23rd this Thanksgiving. Look like a fun time?

Felt like I was watching the "Ella Enchanted" trailer all over again. Otherwise, I'm a big fan of the Muppets, Segal, and Adams. Looks entertaining.

Clever presentation. Looking awesome, as long as you remember you're watching a Muppet movie. If you're expecting anything more than silly hilarity, stop criticizing this and look elsewhere.

I honestly don't get why people love these grotesque puppets so much.. To each their own I guess. Also Jason Segel is one annoying actor and Amy Adams is not a good enough reason to make me watch this.

Alex I can't BELIEVE you put a "must see" by this trailer... How much is this piece of shit studio paying you. I can see how you want to pull in a broader audience.. at the cost of your integrity. Good luck with that. Clear fail, and clear disappointment. Alex, up until about 6-8 months ago you were spot on, in my opinion, about EVERYTHING. I recommended people to your website. Now I'm going to recommend they stay AWAY if this garbage keep piling up on firstshowing. ****-off studios... leave Alex alone.
