"I am at war with this man right now!" Magnolia Pictures has debuted the official trailer on Apple for Max Winkler's directing debut called Ceremony, a charming comedy set on Long Island following friends Sam (Michael Angarano) and Marshall (Reece Thompson), who travel to a wedding they're not a part of. As you'll soon find out, Angarano think he's in love with Uma Thurman, who's getting married to Lee Pace. You'll also get a taste of the brilliant Jake Johnson, who plays Uma's brother and is hilarious in this. It has a bit of a Wes Anderson feel, but it's great in many of its own ways (read/watch my Toronto review). Enjoy!

A young guy (Angarano) crashes the wedding of the thirty-something woman (Thurman) he wants back.
Ceremony is both written and directed by 27-year-old filmmaker Max Winkler, making his feature debut after the award winning short The King of Central Park and working on the web series Clark and Michael. The film has a score from Fruitbats singer Eric D. Johnson as well as other great songs on the soundtrack. After premiering at the Toronto Film Fest last year, it was picked up by Magnolia Pictures, who is bringing Ceremony to limited theaters on April 8th following a VOD on March 4th. Look like something you'll see?

Nice to see michael and reece not playing highschool students any more. They can only go up from here. Also this looks pretty decent, probably check it out eventually.

looks quirky and funny and Lee Pace looks amazing in it, so happy to see him in a decent movie (he has been in really low-quality productions since "Pushing Daisies")

This actually looks decent and I adore Lee Pace. He's been in crap films lately, but he looks awesome in this.
