"That's not that bad!" Summit has unveiled a second theatrical trailer for the comedy 50/50, formerly titled I'm With Cancer, written by cancer survivor Will Reiser, directed by Jonathan Levine of The Wackness. Inspired by personal experiences, 50/50 is an original story about friendship, love, survival and finding humor in unlikely places. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as Adam, Seth Rogen as his best friend, along with a supporting cast including Anna Kendrick and Bryce Dallas Howard. This is one of those must see films that everyone is talking about this fall, and here's another great trailer to tease it. Don't miss this!

A comedic account of a 27-year-old guy's cancer diagnosis and his subsequent struggle to beat the disease. The supporting cast: Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard, Anjelica Huston, Philip Baker Hall, Matt Frewer.
50/50, originally titled I'm With Cancer, is directed by up-and-coming filmmaker Jonathan Levine, of the cult classics All the Boys Love Mandy Lane and The Wackness previously. The screenplay was written by and is based on a story about Will Reiser, a TV producer/writer, cousin of comedian Paul Reiser. Nice to see a cancer movie about the healing power of optimism instead of the crippling power of sadness. Although, I don't know how it ends, so it could wind up being a bummer in the end. Maybe Rogen won't play his same old schtick in this one. It would be nice to see that he had some range.

I've seen this movie. It's very good. JGL will win some awards for his performance. I thought Anna Kendrick did a really good job as well.

Anna Kendrick is pretty, in a sort of cookie way.This film looks funny, Seth Rogen is great, JGGGGL is funny in a tiny boyish way, he was good in Hesher too. Man this acid is strong.
